GAFDUMP - GAF/BMP Extraction Utility

Nah, it's not the most creative name I could have chosen
for the app ... but if HPIDump was good enough for Joe D,
GAFDump is good enough for me! This utility does two
things: (1) it splits big GAFs into small ones, and/or
(2) it extracts individual bitmaps.

It's a command-line utility, because I was more interested
in writing the guts and having it finished than in thinking
about a dialog interface. If there's any demand for it,
I'll throw together a GUI version. For now, these are
the command-line options:

-? Display usage and options

-B Extract individual bitmaps from GAF frames and subframes
    instead of producing separate GAFs

-P Extract only GAFs/BMPs for entries that are standard-
format build pics (three frames, all 64x64 pixels)

-E Extract only GAFs/BMPs where the entry (sequence) name
    matches a pattern. Use ? for a single-character wildcard
    and * for a multi-character wildcard. Name-matching is
    caseless. Examples:

    GAFDump -E ARMMH Armfhp1.gaf
    GAFDump -E ARM* Commongui.gaf
    GAFDump -E COR?? Corcs1.gaf
    GAFDump -E ???TL* *cs?.gaf

-Y GAFDump will prompt you before overwriting an existing
BMP or GAF. This option auto-answers "Yes" to overwrite
    and skips the prompt

-N Same as -Y, except it auto-answers "No" to all prompts

-S By default, extracted GAFs will be of the form

    (ENTRY NAME)_gadget.gaf

unless you use this option to specify a trailing suffix
other than _gadget. You can also use -S with no argument
    to specify "no suffix."

The last argument can specify which GAFs to read (if no
filespec is provided, GAFDump will assume *.GAF by default).

Tha's all for now. This toy is definitely not certified to
be bug-free, but I've been using it on both Win 2000 and
Win 98 with no problems. I've extracted GAFs and BMPs from
every GAF in both UH and OTA, so it's at least fairly robust
and reasonably fast. Hopefully it'll be useful.
