Special Thanks:CaveDog for a great game....making me waste many a Sunday afternoon building Krogoths :-0 and for releasing a relatively bug free editor with decent documentation. All the other authors whose maps I've had the pleasure of playing. Stormy, dark Sunday afternoons :)

Author's Notes:I built this map from the fact that I did not have a good 9x9-13x13 map to play on. Either all flat 15x15s or mountain filled 9x9s. Learned the editor in a few days, built a few test maps, and finished with what you have on your HD now. I set out not to make a boring, generic battlefield but one with a little bit of flow\strategy. No 7 metal deposits around the commander...nope. There is plenty of metal...if you don't go crazy with the troops...along with A LOT of meteors\rocks\dead units. I used the dark moon texture so the units looked cooler...this also makes it a tad dizzying when trying to locate that next fort to attack. Also, there are mountains in the center for all players to build their second base\camp except players #4 and #8. They are already surrounded by a good mountain defense. The map is built for 2-4-8 players. The map was made mainly for 4 players...2 would give you some time to expand and really build up...8 is only for four teams of two...#1 with #5(SW corner), #2 with #6(NE corner), #3 with #7(SE corner), and #4 with #8(NW corner). Player starts #9 and #10 were plopped in the middle just so the map would work correctly. Playing the computer was a lot of fun. It seems to take a defensive\expand like wildfire approach...not so offense intensive...but still a good load of fun. I tried to make the landscape look interesting....not just another boring moon...nor did I put craters every other step. You'll have to explore a little and build up your defenses around each of your metal deposits to stay in good shape. It "MAY" work with just TA, but I believe I put some TA:CC items in...give it a try anyway. If you enjoy it let me know! Have fun!!
