Second performance pass from the Web Vitals data (the layout-shift sources main, #map-grid and #m-workbench):
- The 276 + 223 unit preview images in the two 3D galleries now carry explicit image dimensions and async decoding, so the tiles reserve their space before the images arrive.
- The page keeps a stable scrollbar gutter: on long pages (the map grid is a lot of HTML) the appearing scrollbar used to narrow the layout after first paint, re-wrapping the filter bar and shifting the grid.
- Known remainder: a few one-off documentation pages still carry undimensioned screenshots (small one-off pages, not the gallery grids).
- Update, same day: the page styles are now compiled at build time instead of generated in the browser. The Tailwind CDN is gone — the site now loads no external resources at all, which closes the runtime-style-generation layout-shift source as well.
